  • My role on a day to day basis is assisting the relationship managers with any help/queries they have and getting involved with their workload. Speak to customers and make them aware that i can assist if they need any help and also looking out for the customers best interest with any new products etc

  • Increased my confidence and relationships with customers.

  • I prefer the day job to the apprentice programme as sometimes i feel it gets in the way.

  • The induction was well, and the support from mentors and really good but the webinars were sometimes technical issues and problems getting in. Also different coaches state different objectives.

  • 1 full day to complete any work.

  • All 3 of my mentors have been ace.

  • Other than the exam/qualification i dont think the BPP programme has helped.

  • There are many networking and social events to be a part of.
