My role on a day to day basis is assisting the relationship managers with any help/queries they have and getting involved with their workload. Speak to customers and make them aware that i can assist if they need any help and also looking out for the customers best interest with any new products etc
Increased my confidence and relationships with customers.
I prefer the day job to the apprentice programme as sometimes i feel it gets in the way.
The induction was well, and the support from mentors and really good but the webinars were sometimes technical issues and problems getting in. Also different coaches state different objectives.
1 full day to complete any work.
All 3 of my mentors have been ace.
Other than the exam/qualification i dont think the BPP programme has helped.
There are many networking and social events to be a part of.
Yes
Good company to work for.
