  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I am a Digital User Experience (DUX) Apprentice, a member of the Colleague Experience & HR Transformation team. Alongside studying towards my degree ,I get the opportunity to rotate around different areas where there is work that is closely related to my degree which will help me develop my existing skills and learn new ones. I am also assigned buddies who put me at ease and offer considerable help and support throughout my journey.
