Supporting tasks which to provide financing solutions for a range of businesses. Tasks include financial and non-financial analysis, credit report writing, deal admin tasks, liaising with customers and 3rd parties (solicitors and debt advisors).
How to critically analyse non-financial and financial information on businesses. How to complete pricing models which indicate whether we should lend to a business.
Have completed the programme but I have enjoyed it due to the exposure to businesses and the level of complexity the role and the tasks we complete.
It's okay, but room for improvement. I sometimes struggled to link the tasks on the apprenticeship to my role.
My line managers, teams and colleagues are really supportive. We have regular check ins, more so since working from home. It's feels like a safe and secure environment where you could discuss issues if you have any.
My tutor from BPP was super helpful, we had regular check-ins and no question felt too silly or small. She was really great and helped me alot.
It gave me an insight into some of the topics I would work on within my role. It gained my confidence as I had to create and lead a project, which is something I wouldn't have done usually as a junior member.
Lot's of things and areas to get involved in. There's something for everyone.

Friendly and supportive colleagues, plenty of departments to get involved in, always a range of vacancies available. Overall great place to work.
