I complete tax returns and do other ad hoc administration tasks as and when they arise
Yes to both. Doing tax returns requires a great deal of learning. Using other programs like excel and word enhances existing skills

Very well structured. We have trackers, information and support available at all times so we know exactly what we are doing and when

Taking into consideration how much the company is investing in me, I think it is value for money. Much cheaper than going to university!
