Due to covid-19 I am currently working from home so my day to day is attending meetings, checking reports and creating reports for various different things
Yes, due to working at home I have been able to develop my commutation skills. I have also been able to improve ability to adapt to new situations, especially the working from home situation
I enjoy working with members of my team as they have a lot more experience than myself so I have had ample opportunity to expand my own knowledge
I feel that my program is structured very well, I had a well planned out informative induction going over everything I needed to know within the business. After I had finished the induction to my team, they had a support system set up for me which i can use for help studying
There is an excellent support system in place, if I have any problems there a plenty of people I can go to either within my team, my managers or even other apprentices
Furness college tutors are very happy to help out if wanted, they don't have any problem helping out which is really nice. The classes are well thought-out with plenty of information.
I can't really say as due to covid-19 I haven't done much in college only two units
Bae systems has many different extra-curricular activities I can get involved with however I haven't done so due to not currently living in the barrow area (covid-19 reasons)
Yes
Its a great company to work for giving many different opportunities for further development, there are different paths for progression. The staff are always friendly and willing to help out
Research the company, see what its all about and determine if its a good fit for yourself. When undergoing the interviews just relax and be yourself
