  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes just interacting with different levels of stakeholders in the business internally and externally on a much wider level improved my communication and confidence levels to a more greater quality. Once this qualification is done I will have that to my resume which will make me more skilled and able to take more advanced roles.

  • In regards to the qualification so far I have received countless time for myself to self study and there is plenty of time for my own self learning needs and not just on the job activities which is refreshing and makes me feel worthwhile and really invested into so that makes me want to work harder.

  • Since starting the training and revision of my qualification it has really brought to life the reason for why and how we do certain procedures and follow certain policies and I can relate more live and direct than when I first joined without to prior knowledge so I feel like it’s substantial.

  • 9a. Would you recommend NatWest to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Since joining NatWest Group they have been nothing short of amazing. The support, recognition and awareness you receive is second to none and the opportunities available to progress and seek new vacancies or career paths are plenty. Everyone seems so happy here too genuinely so it must be reflected from how it all operates.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest?
  • Just go for as many random or scary positions you might think you’re not ready for because in reality you probably are but just need to put yourself out there. Even if you don’t get what you’re after first time there’s always ample opportunities to try again!
