My role is to find new opportunities for business and maintain current relationships with my current clients and sell IT into the public sector focussing on schools
i have developed a greater confidence in myself and also phone skills, i have also advanced my organisational skills and also management of accounts
i really enjoy my job and programme, i've been given so much assistance and help from both my workplace and remit, there's never a dull day and my job role really fits with what i aspire to be when i'm older
very well organised, i've been given a clear path of what is expected of me to complete and a time from of when everything needed to handed in
a lot of support they are always on hand for me for when i have any questions or need any assistance and they provide regular internal training sessions
my training provider supports me at all times, if they cannot answer the phone their emails are always open and they always get back to me at a quick rate, they always advice me where i can improve when they can
My qualification has made my performance excel so much quicker at an advanced level
