I assist in any background work to help the sales team to sell to more businesses and access tools easier. I also cleanse data and spreadsheets, manage projects and inboxes to send on sales notifications.
I have learnt to manage projects and be more self motivated since working from home.
I enjoy learning about the different ways a business works and all the sectors within a business.
Even though we are working from home and can't see each other in person, it has been organised really well so that we can have monthly catch ups and someone is always on hand to help with issues or questions.
I receive a lot of support from my employer. It is really nice working here because they can about their people and how everyone is treated, even their apprentices. I have been an apprentice before and this is by far the better company to work for.
We receive a lot of support from our employer. We can have monthly catch up with the apprentice lead about work, wellbeing or just general catch ups. I also have a great apprentice manager who is understanding and supportive with my apprentice work.
It lets me see the bigger picture to the work i do and also incorporate topics i'm learning into my daily role.
There so many activities to be involved in. They have a communities network and hobbies groups that you can join and be a part of. Even whilst working from home, they still make a huge effort to make the events that would usually be in person, online and they are still really fun to be apart of.
Yes
Because they care about their people and are the best company i've worked for. They also have a lot of opportunities to progress through roles and yourself.
Be confident and show your personality. They are a company based around their people so they will hire people who show great initiative, friendly and have good work ethics.
