  • Day to day I work as part of a regulatory and mandatory change projects team, I work with my team to help deliver the project, completing any task required of me.

  • I've developed my computer skills and my communication skills, learning about new technologies and software.

  • I enjoy it a lot at the moment, It's really encouraging my apatite to keep learning.

  • So far the programme has been extremely well organised.

  • I've received the total support of my employer, they has aided me in my apprenticeship whenever I've needed it.

  • I receive a lot of support, there are monthly catch up calls on top of the learning material and online lessons provided

  • I feel that the tools and knowledge that the apprenticeship will give me will help me perform much better in my role.

  • There are many extra-curricular networks at my company that you are encouraged to get involved in. There are networking events, social activities and support groups.

  • Yes

  • My experience so far is that it's a well run company with goals aligned towards helping their customers and the community. I've had a great on boarding experience.

  • Get involved in as much as you can, interact with people outside your department and seek out new learning opportunities
