The programme is really well structured we always have links to our meetings and know when our due dates for work is. There is also constant support inplace for when we need it
I receive so much support from my training provider, manager and the L&D team as well as the wider company. Everyone is always so happy to help
my remit tutor is really supportive and if we ever have questions around our coursework he will always schedule a 1-1 call to help. Since our induction we have always know the steps to receiving our qualification and guidance on how to do so successfully
I feel like I've have a lot of background knowledge that helps me on a day to day basis, for example how to best communicate with customers, good emails to send to get responses and some brief IT background that allows you to have more in dept conversations
Yes there are so many different groups to get involved with at Softcat from diversity networks to football and golf clubs. I have been involved in helping organise social events for my team and there are opportunities to do help organise whole organisation events as well
