I pick the online shopping orders in the mornings
I have worked my way up to running the online picking system, non trade duty manager and currently working my way to full trade duty manager
I learn new things each day
Fairly structured as it's the same thing everyday, some days more work than others
50/50 as I'm usually there without manager there so I call the shots most of the time
Whenever I have a question, I usually get an answer!
During covid, we haven't had much chance but I've put into practice the things I've learned so far
