My day to day work involves replenishing of stock in the store, dealing with customers and making sure they’re happy. I also deal with cash daily.
I have learnt communication. I am more confident at communicating with the public.
I have a good giggle with my trainer although learn a lot in the process.
Very well structured. I have sections to complete in a decent time scale.
My employer is behind me 110% any help I need they are there to assist.

I perform extremely well now. Better than before. Even from the few months I’ve been training I can see a difference in my work.
At the moment due to covid we can’t really do much. And I was transferred during the pandemic so haven’t been able to do anything with the new guys I work with
