  • Yes, I have enhanced my leadership and analytical skills most.

  • The content itself was great, the delivery of this from my provider, BPP, was poor.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very poor - BPP we're really unorganised. There were times no one turned up to deliver our webinars. We was also frequently misinformed on the structure of the EPA also.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • NatWest have been absolutely brilliant to work for. They constantly look to provide support in anyway possible and actually look to progress apprentices.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My learning coach from BPP was really helpful however I found that I was having to reach out for more information which should have been provided in the first place.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • There has been aspects of my qualification which benefit my role. By leading the project as apart of one of my missions, I really developed my coaching skills and this allowed for me to lead other projects aside from my apprenticeship

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes, before COVID, we had a mini football 5-a-side team. We also held regular social events.

  • 9a. Would you recommend NatWest to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • NatWest look at apprentices as the future of the bank. There is no negative stigma attached to being an apprentice and everyone is treated fairly. There is always support and opportunities!


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest?
  • Be willing to put in the hard work to achieve what you want.
