My role entails me to identify possible money laundering activities.
Yes, I have enhanced my leadership and analytical skills most.
The content itself was great, the delivery of this from my provider, BPP, was poor.
Very poor - BPP we're really unorganised. There were times no one turned up to deliver our webinars. We was also frequently misinformed on the structure of the EPA also.
NatWest have been absolutely brilliant to work for. They constantly look to provide support in anyway possible and actually look to progress apprentices.
My learning coach from BPP was really helpful however I found that I was having to reach out for more information which should have been provided in the first place.
There has been aspects of my qualification which benefit my role. By leading the project as apart of one of my missions, I really developed my coaching skills and this allowed for me to lead other projects aside from my apprenticeship
Yes, before COVID, we had a mini football 5-a-side team. We also held regular social events.
Yes
NatWest look at apprentices as the future of the bank. There is no negative stigma attached to being an apprentice and everyone is treated fairly. There is always support and opportunities!
Be willing to put in the hard work to achieve what you want.
