Managing a team of around 25 people, including performance, attendance, conduct, HR queries, Health and Safety. Managing a section within the warehouse, such as loading, goods-in, ambient picking etc. ensuring targets are reached and budgets met.
Thinking clearly, better organisational skills to help manage day to day tasks, better communication skills.
