Looking at data from previous days, weeks, months, years and making a prediction on how many calls are set to come in for the forecasted weeks. Reviewing the figures with the different Unit Managers and making sure they understand why I chose the figures I had and if they are happy.
I have been able to build new skills through communication and connection. Presenting information to different people on a day to day basis, building and developing on confidence. It has also helped to strengthen previous skills I had, making them much more noticeable and helping me to work to the best of my ability.
The programme is amazing in helping me meet new people, build up connections and work with a well established organisation that cares about both customers and staff. I would recommend the programme to anyone looking to undertake an apprenticeship and have the opportunity to work within the bank alongside it.
NatWest has been great with the whole programme and offered tons of support to me. They have also stepped in if an issue comes up within the programme. I have been provided with plenty of time as well for studying, getting a day in the week where I can solely focus on it. QA has been okay with the whole programme and have began to offer more support. At the start it was a bit rocky and everyone on the programme was feeling the same way about it negatively. There is still areas that can be improved on in helping apprentices but overall it has been okay.

Each apprentice has the programme tailored to fit the role they have. QA has given specific courses to each person. Some courses are applicable to everyone and is great being able to work alongside people you previously know. They have been good in ensuring you aren't completing a course irrelevant to you and that you can take away and involve the newly developed skills within the workplace.
Work provides lots and lots of extra-curricular activities to get involved in which is great. They also offer team activities which helps to build your trust and relationship up with your team members. You are never expected to do these as well, you are given the choice, if you feel uncomfortable with anything you are able to skip it.
Yes
NatWest is a brilliant company to work with and have taken on everyone's ideas. They are always caring about staff and customers and want you to also have the best experience. NatWest has been a great help with the programme so far and I have been provided with all the support I need to do my best.
Make sure you understand what NatWest looks for in a person. Read up on the CPC's and try to think about how you have or can build on each on them. Be yourself and stay calm during the interview, NatWest will make the interview as fun as they can and will ensure you do not feel uncomfortable or confused at all times. The interview can also flow like a normal conversation which is really nice, try to get your points across clearly and concise and make sure to ask questions back.
