Day to day my role involves looking after my customers with a high standard of customer service whilst actively searching for new business and cold calling.
i have learnt how to be more confident on the phones, how to send professional cold emails to customers. How to organize my time and day. How to book customer meetings how to pitch technical sales
I absolutely enjoy and love the programme. It has honestly been the best thing to come out of 2020
I believe it is very well organized and structured. Everything is planned out and scheduled in our calendars months in advance so we know to schedule around them
I receive loads of support from Softcat, my manager, team leader, L&D team and the whole of Softcat offer a ton of support to me and the rest of the apprentice group. I know if i ever had an issue there would be loads of people around me willing to help
My training provider (Remit) is really great too, they have been really supportive in helping us achieve our goals for our qualification. Remit have made me feel confident in what i can push myself to achieve
I think Remit really adds value by helping me perform better day to day, they really show you a different perspective on how we can reach out to our customers when we feel like giving up on the account.
