I am currently in financial control, I assist the team with checking spreadsheets and ensuring the data provided is correct and there are no huge variences month to month or if there are I investigate and find the reason
I have learnt lots of new skills; communication skills, more knowledge on CPCs, networking information and they are very good at pushing wellbeing. Within my current role my line manager is very supportive with each task and I am provided with process notes.
So far I am really enjoying the programme, I think it is very well organised and supported and I feel secure within the job role. I also think it is great that they support mental health and have good networks within the company to help to champion potential.
The apprenticeship course seems very well organised, there was a good induction to the programme and we have been allocated buddies and line managers to support us through each stage of the process.
There is a lot of support; there is wellbeing support, WFH support, HR team contactable at all times and there is also lots of learning online to show how all of these work to assist you using them.
I haven't fully started the course yet as this begins in September but I have managed to find a lot of information online to help prepare me for the course starting.
I haven't started the qualification yet but my line manager refers to the qualification when she shows me different tasks so that when I start the course I can relate this to the jobs I am doing in my role.
There are lots of professional networking events, employee-led network events and also team activities for team building and to help mental health
Yes
I think it is a great place to work with lots of support and there are lots of different opportunities.
Be your true self and make sure you study the role before you apply so that you have a lot of knowledge during the interview.
