  • I am a first point of contact telephony agent for NatWest, RBS and Ulster NI customers. I help them with their queries and day to day banking needs.

  • I have developed my customer service skills, communication, tenacity and teamwork within this role. I t has also taught me the skills I need to be able to do this role well.

  • I do enjoy this programme. It can be stressful at times like everything else, but I get the support I need when I need which really helps.

  • It is very straight forward and easy to follow programme. We are told in advance what is needed and when it is needed by

  • I receive a lot of support from my employer. Any time I need help I know I can get it.

  • I don't receive as much from them as I do my employer, however whenever I have a query and reach out to them I am always met with helpful and quick responses.

  • I wouldn't say this helps me perform better in my role as I mainly have to use my role to perform better in my apprenticeship.

  • I have really enjoyed being employed by NatWest and have found the management and peers nothing but supportive since I began here.

  • Make sure you show them you want the job. Make NatWest feel like they need you.
