on day to day bases have to help customer with there finances and making sure giving them the right customer service.
I have learnt to be more confidant and have been able to communicate more and building new connection with new people.
I am very happy with my program because I am learning new things everyday I do believe the lay out of the program can be improved so that we can get more time to do our assignments.
The program is well organized it is efficient to get the education done and work at the same time which makes it easy.
My employer give me the support when i need it whether it is to complete my course work or to improve myself. get great feedback from my manager in order to me more successful.
when working towards my qualifications I do believe we can get better help and a better layout in order for us to complete our qualifications at times system are not clear on what to do.
It helps me perform better when I have reviews with my coach when they provide feedback on how i can do better in my role.
yes there are great opportunity for me to expand myself and do better in my role for example getting involved in the work place helping new colleagues coming into the business
