  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme its self looks very well structured and platforms such as the 'HUB' look like an easy place to access all information and work required to complete so no messing around having to go to a million places to see what work you're suppose to be completing. I have had multiple meetings and phone calls pre course starting so I'm well prepared.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The qualification once completed will give me the opportunity to progress in my career, and open many more doors if wanting to take other roles etc. As an assistant it will help me perform better in this role as after completing training I will have a better understanding of customer relationship managing and the financial sector in general.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are loads of extra-curricular activities that the bank offers, face to face events at the moment aren't going ahead because of obvious reasons. Although a lot of coffee morning chats on zoom are offered, webinars about climate and how we can make a difference are there to be used. We also get the chance to use some of our time to do charity work in the local community.
