My first year at college and it is a dynamic and positive experience. Every day is different and every day I feel like I gain something that affects my development in a positive way.
Yes many new skills which are practical and moral. As well as practicing teamwork and other traits I have learnt new skills such as welding, electrics, fluid power systems, turning etc...
Engineering is what motivates me and what helps me enjoy going to work. The fact the programme is such a dynamic pathway covering a lot of skills and new things for me to be excited about all keeps me going and I am really enjoying my role.
I am with my training provider which is MGTS and they are very prepared and communication is good in making sure that the course flows fast and purposeful. I am happy with the organisation of the programme.
I receive a good amount of support from my employer. As well as good benefits they have gave me a good manager who responds quickly and always makes sure I have everything I need whether it is uniform or college work.
I am full time at my training provider therefore I receive full support from them.
All skills are relevant to my later role. Also the trainers do their best to ensure I am ready for the working world giving me advice and tips on the side and sharing the experience they have.
I think they are lots of events that happen however I do not work at the site therefore I do not get involved
Yes
I am very supported and well looked after and I feel like I could achieve a lot in this role.
Make sure it is the path you want to take as this is one of the best opportunities therefore make sure that you are going to put in as much as Britvic will put in for you.
