We go through different roles, started on call centre, moved to job control and now we're on planning, after the apprenticeship we choose which role we would like to go in depending on our end result
I am better at speaking on the phone and know more about customer service
It's good I just wish it was more based on our actual job role, this would be good if we were customer facing but we aren't
It's okay it's been affected by the pandemic but I wish we got the sheets we need for our end point assessment earlier in the apprenticeship so i know what criteria to work towards
My employer is very supportive both personally and on the job, any job support i need is there and if i need any more training on anything and I also recieved therapy through work
They have been very supportive
I don't feel it does as the apprenticeship is towards a customer facing role as in serving people in a shop whereas we don't speak to external customers anymore and when we did it was over the phone and we weren't selling anything we were just liasing
I am the events lead for our team so any events that go ahead happen through me, and we are organising a weekly football match after work, company wise not really any corporate events
Yes
Because they're a good company to work for and wifi isn't going anywhere anytime soon so we have job security, especially working in the fttp sector.
Be yourself, you need to be able to work both in a team and on your own, good people skills
