Yes, I learnt to work on my confidence and I CAN do the job. I just need to pause and take a breath. I learnt about different management types and which one I am. I can have difficult conversations and how to build up my team
It's been hard to do practical task due to lockdown and being on furlough but I find it enjoyable and interesting
