2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I learnt to work on my confidence and I CAN do the job. I just need to pause and take a breath. I learnt about different management types and which one I am. I can have difficult conversations and how to build up my team

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It's been hard to do practical task due to lockdown and being on furlough but I find it enjoyable and interesting

Very! It's broken down and if there is anything I dont understand its explained to me

So so so supportive! I can't thank them enough

My colleagues have been raising money for Great Ormond street by walking through the lockdown
