  • 9a. Would you recommend Marston's to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • i think marstons is a great company to work for... despite being hard work at busy periods its very rewarding working with people you love to be around and also seeing and meeting customers all the time. marstons has plenty of great platforms including two different training apps to allow us to better ourselves.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Marston's?
  • one of the tips or advice i would give to someone else who is applying to work for marstons would be to just be themselves. marstons accept a diverse range of people which is brilliant! also i advise to know what theyre getting themselves into because despite being rewarding it is very hard work!
