    • I have developed my communication, time management and multitasking skills. I have learned independence and responsibility in the workplace

    • Very much enjoy all aspects of my programme as it is well set up and organised and plenty of side activities which the company takes you on.

    • Very well organised and well run by the apprentice managers.

    • Lots of support with regular reviews on progress you are making.

    • It helps me with my background knowledge for the role such as maths, english and the science behind the role.

    • Push yourself and work your way up to be the best you can be in the role you are in. Always improve yourself
