Within my role I am responsible for running great shift whilst developing my leadership skills and exploring how the day to day operations of a business affects the restaurant’s financial targets and budgets. Whilst working along side completing my level 6 degree qualification that directly links to the work I complete within my role.

I enjoy it and can apply it to my workplace
Some of the weekly activities don't help towards assignments but that's only certain topics and can be pointless especially when its a busy time at the store
I have some support but with changing mentors 3 times it can be difficult passing all the information onto the new one each time
