I really enjoy learning new skills & knowledge from the training provider and getting to apply that knowledge in the workplace and develop as a professional accountant and person.
The programme is very well organised and structured, whilst also being completely flexible. Allowing me to study from home and log into live zoom lectures and catch up on recordings on topics i have missed.
My employer is extremely supportive and acts as a mentor to me. He always helps with both personal problems as well as work problems and also helps me with my understanding during the learning process too. He is always willing to make time for my studies and help push me.
My training provider have been completely flexible with me and allowed me to study at my own pace and at a location of my choice. They have also allowed me to change my preferred study method multiple times too and have been very supportive of me in my studies.
My qualification gives me an in depth knowledge that i can apply in the work place and helps with my confidence, especially when giving advice to clients as i know it is correct and I do not need to seek approval etc.

My manager has always been as supportive as possible in my studies and wants me to develop and succeed. The company is also a generally nice company to work for.
The company is not seeking to employ any other staff members currently, but in the event that they do, it is best to be yourself and try to be confident and talkative. It is also best to show them the skills that you have and tell them how you could add value
