  • Excellent central organisation, with full induction, resources provided and set up in advance. Organisation amongst the teams we were assigned to was less good, often unplanned just doing whatever they had to hand

  • Good culture, they value you, excellent experience and name, very generous

  • Try not to worry too much, work with the other candidates, you're not in competition as there are spaces for as many people as meet their requirements
