Taking personal care of residents, administering medication and helping them with appointments.
Leadership and delegation skills have developed alot. Taking care of colleagues and residents.
Very enjoyable and has taught me a lot of valuable skills.

There are two of us doing this course and our company has been very good to allow us time to study.
