Developed existing skills
It was difficult with that changes of tutor, not being set work and due to covud restrictions I never saw a tutor.
Did not get set work. Worked mainly on my own accord. No support from management. Had to make a complaint.

First several tutors gave little to no support. After complaining I had an amazing tutor

No support from management. Only negative feedback. Do not understand that night workers sleep during the day. Little communication. Communicate over social media or text messages. Messages always have a negative tone. Rude management.
Do not do it unless you enjoy being spoken down to. Apply for nights as you avoid management and the day and night shift divide.
