I had to select any company as it Would not let me type mine I worked at Rainbow Day Nursery which is a nursery in Lozells uk And i was doing my level 3 childcare then passed and qualified as a level 3 nursery nurse and was working there, my daily Duties were to take care of Children and educate them to be school ready
Yeah i gained communication skills and confidence whilst undergoing the apprenticeship
I really enjoyed it as it helped me to progress and qualify to the choosen career path i wanted, due to the help and support i received i was able to qualify
It was very organised and structured, i was given alot of support and help from all my tutors, i received extra support if needed. I knew what i was doing and what steps I needed to take to ensure i was going to Pass
My employer helped me a lot, during my course, during work hours i was given time out to complete coursework.
A lot of support, you can email and text and they will help you straight away. Information booklets and online resources are also available on the smart assessor, coursework gets assessed and advice and feedback is given in order to progress and do better.
It helped me to do better in my role as i had the knowledge to help me whilst working with children, it helped me to gain a further understanding of how to take care of children and ensure they learn effectively.
Not sure as i do not work there anymore
Yes
I would recommend my Rainbow Day Nursery to people because it is a lovely place to work and gain confidence, meet parents etc...
To be yourself and confident
