My role here is to interact and keep children entertained we provide a breakfast/afterschool/holiday club
I have learnt how to interact in a professional manner. I've also learnt all the children's names
My programme is giving me lots of experience and shows that not all children are the same
The programme is well structured and very organised
I receive support frim my employer on a daily basic she is so under standing and is always willing to help if I'm ever in need
I've only just started doing my qualifications so haven't had much contant with my trainer
I'm guessing that by the time I've finished my qualification I will have a more professional understand to my job role
We as a team have just completed a sponsored walk to raise money we are looking to do something every month as a team bonding

I would recoend this company to a friend its a really nice place to work the staff are friendly the children are really nice to get along with
I would say just be yourself always remain professional and always sti k to your contract
