I manage a shift which consists of 15-20 people per shift, coordinating breaks as well as ensuring having floor control. I make sure that customers are at the centre of our service by ensuring that they are given gold standard products, great customer experience and clean restaurant.

I enjoyed it very much that I have decided to pursue it by doing level 4 this year.
Not very organised as I had to have 4 different tutors for the entirety of my programme.
About 65%. He provided me time to do my assignments and discussions with my tutor. I know that I can ask help if and when I need it.
Even though I had 4 different tutors, 3/4 have been very supportive. They are always reachable whenever I have any questions about the course or if when I need help with anything.
I feel confident as I have learnt the theories as to why we do what we do.
I usually raise money for charity with the other girls in our team.

It’s a great working place to be. I have learnt so much that is applicable not only in business but also in life as a whole. It taught me how to value and respect my colleagues.
Just be you. Give the best that you can and work with integrity. Honesty is always the best policy.
