My apprentice is very much exactly what everyone else does, I don’t get treated different because I have a lower job title. I do the same tasks as the qualified people, and that’s what I love about it
I have developed so many skills during my apprenticeship so far, I think one of the main things is my creativity skills, the ability to think outside the box, and still make a an activity with limited resources.
I really enjoyed the apprenticeship program so far, excited to learn more.
My apprenticeship is very well structured as I work full time but I am given the afternoons off when I attend my online classes.
As much support as needed, if I am struggling with a certain topic of my course my manager will get me any extra material she can to help out
Again, as much support as I ask
I think hugely, the qualification is helping me to understand much more of what really goes on in Childcare not just how to change your nappy
Yes
Super friendly team, and always willing to offer support when needed
Go for it!
