Providing care and support to children with challenging behaviour.
Yes, I hadn’t worked in care prior to this so have learnt pretty much everything from manual handling to dealing with challenging behaviour in the correct way. I have also learned to fill out the paperwork required
I enjoy working at Rowden alot
Pretty well. However I would like more time at work in my training day each month to carry out my assignments
I have no doubt that if I was struggling I would receive help
I receive a good amount. However I would like more time at work to complete assignments and units
