As a apprentice, my role concluded, caring and educating the kids with guidence and support from my nursery. the day can conclude changing nappies, cleaning, activities, and supporting and caring for the children.
I have learnt all about the foundation stages and supporting the education and care for the children.
I enjoyed the learning and developing of the programme, and watching myself gain confidence throughout the programme.
The programme was well organised and updates being given throughout the month.
I received a lot of support from my employer and from the whole team.
we got given updates and one to one to help us gain our qualifications.
You can ask questions, and get given feedback, this helps with your role as your developing your knowledge as well as your physical work.

Its a great way to learn, develop a new skill at any age or stage or learning.
Take time out of your day to complete the work. make sure the role is for you/work space. have fun.
