Looking after Alzheimer’s and dementia clients washing and dressing and feeding sometimes.
Yes all the codes and all the acts the government have gave us, and how to deal better with the staff and clients.
Had a wonderful workshop Coach and Mentor who have helped me not to give up.
It’s been well organised with the zoom and case studies always been on time and giving dates so we can plan days off.
Could have done with a bit more support from the company, they could have helped with lending computers.
I had lots of support from the company I am doing my training with have recommended other care staff to do this training.
It’s helping me train new starters in all I have learning from the level 2 .
We can do much at the moment because of COVID , but hopefully I can arrange to get the care staff out for a meal and a chat.
Yes
I think the training they give is most excellent, and I feel that most of them can take more levels.
I would recommend them because , they do give the best training and explain things very well, if you seen to be struggling they are always at the end of the phone ready to help.
