Caring for vulnerable people within there own homes, helping them to live as independently as possible, with help and support from us, with day to day tasks which some struggle doing such as personal care, cooking, cleaning, transfers if someones mobility is poor or not able to move themselves, toileting, etc

Yes every day we all learn from one and another and always have new training courses available for us to refresh on also if we take interest in anything in particular we can ask management and they are more than willing to find information or even new courses on this.

Enjoy learning more into social care

Everything is well planned and usually enough notice to be able to work around tests or appointments

Alot very flexible around meetings and getting cover for tests, exams, meeting assessor, etc

Alot my main assessor is brilliant and flexible if for any reason I can't make appointment

Learnt alot more on legislation

Don't avoid answering phone etc if you cant make meeting or anything discuss with assessor they will work with you
