All aspects of person centred care, emotional support when required for elderly residents in a care home.
I believe you never stop learning when you work in a care setting but the qualification I have gained has given me the guidance needed to carry out my work.
I enjoyed the content and no 2 assessments were the same, very varied
Very structured programme, regular meeting with my assessor, to make sure I was on the right track, and only a message or phonecall away if I needed help.
If I have any problems they are very approachable
They are only a message or phonecall away if needed, and regular meetings kept me on track.
It gives you the correcey guidance to carry out your work, I have looked back on assessments to help me if I was unsure, such as with health and safety.
