I am the Project Manager for Biodiversity Net Gain Digital Services; it is my responsibility to ensure the project delivers on time, cost and quality
Yes, I have further developed my project management skills, specifically agile project mananagement
Very much, the programme was challenging, I liked the split of face to face workshops and working on my Portfolio.
Very well. I was immediately assigned a coach to help me through the programme and the trainer was fantastic. I have a good level of understanding of what I needed to do
My employer fully supported me and ensure I had sufficient time to complete my apprenticeship
A significant amount - we had lots of practices sessions and the session the day before the exam was very helpful. I also had to take my maths exam - and received a high level of support
Without my qualification I would not be a senior project manager - it has really helped me to perform better
Professional networking events
Yes
They fully supported me through my journey
Make sure you develop a good working relationship with your learning coach
