My daily tasks are to submit applications to Experian for vetting for new starters within a Post Office branch. I deal with processing result reports and any appeals we receive against a decision we have made.
Being new to HR i have learnt alot more about working within the HR environment.
The gain in knowledge has been great. I have worked as part of a team with other colleagues which was brilliant.
I feel it has been a bit hectic regarding changes to LDC's and the overall of what is expected of me throughout, i feel it could be alot simpler.
My employer has fully supported me throughout.
Due to changes throughout and leaving to have a baby, i have found it hard receiving the relevant support.
The qualification will help me be better in my role.
Not at the moment due to Covid.
