I am expected to create profit for the company as well as provide customer service where necessary.
I have learned new IT, customer service, sales, account management and more skills during my time at Softcat.
I enjoy the programme very much there is a lot of transferable skills.
No flaws in organization.
I receive adequate support and have an aligned apprentice manager and a team leader for support.
I receive all the support I ask for in this regard.
In the sales side we learn new techniques and psychology which relates to the job. In the technical side I do not feel it helps a lot although it can help sometimes.
Kind of.
Yes
Its a good job to be an account manager. Especially as you don't need qualifications to thrive.
I would become relaxed with organizing and running small projects.
