  • I enjoy the programme very much there is a lot of transferable skills.

  • No flaws in organization.

  • I receive adequate support and have an aligned apprentice manager and a team leader for support.

  • I receive all the support I ask for in this regard.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • In the sales side we learn new techniques and psychology which relates to the job. In the technical side I do not feel it helps a lot although it can help sometimes.

  • Yes

  • Its a good job to be an account manager. Especially as you don't need qualifications to thrive.

  • I would become relaxed with organizing and running small projects.
