On my day to day job, I speak to my customers in hopes of selling them IT. I call, email and video chat with customers in hopes of striking a deal.
I have developed all of the following: Communication skills People Skills Objection handling Confidence
I enjoy every part of my programme, from meeting new people and building on existing relationship.
Perfectly! We get time to pursue our own accounts and then taught new things weekly.
As much as I require! I am constantly looked after and also have the own freedom to work alone.
Perfect amount, the weekly sessions allow great time for personal study.
I learn from people who have previously been in my position, this is the perfect situation for an apprenticeship.
I am involved in the football team, this allowed me to meet new people straight away and feel involved!
