Assisting relationship managers in providing a private service to commercial customers. Helping resolve enquiries and day to day issues. Supporting relationship managers with lending money to businesses within their portfolio.
I have developed my skills around admin work and sending emails to customers and internal colleagues. Building confidence when speaking with customers overt he phone to provide excellent service.

i have regular 1:1 with my manager, the bank provide lots of support and guidance around development.
So far I am confident with how the support is going to be from BPP and my mentor.
I have completed an apprenticeship at Level 2 before and it helped be build the knowledge that I already.
Lots of community activities which involve volunteering for a chosen charity or one chosen by the bank such as the prince's trust. Before covid there were lots of networking events to attend at head offices.

Natwest offer lots of rewards and benefits of being an employee. They are encouraging of peoples development and career paths.
Advice i would give it to be prepared to be pushed into development in a positive way but be whiling to learn new things and offer opinions.
