General running of the pub, payroll, budget, staff training.
I have learnt to be patient and calm under pressure. Especially during COVID times.
I really enjoy the face to face aspect which has now come to an end due to COVID. I find the webinars very mundane and they need to excite a little more.
It’s a tough one to answer as COVID has hindered all structure but prior to this point they were very good.
I wouldn’t say much as no one really discusses it or is interested.
Our coaches are Amazing. Always booking in visits.
Again a hard one to answer as we haven’t had the opportunity to Democrat our learnings in our businesses but I know it has made me more aware of how I react to staff.
Not currently. We do an outside thing for all employees at work called Sport Mondays on who ever is off can join and we go play golf or darts for example.

They have always been a family led pub and have our best interests at heart.
To not worry about the future. They’re great with development up until GM. After then it gets a bit sketchy but they are certainly moving towards better opportunities for everyone.
