Along side Studying for an industry recognised qualification, I also have hands on experience in working in Anti Financial crime teams.

I enjoy everything about the programme, as part of a large cohort I still get to interact with people my own age on a day to day basis, in addition, everyone I have come across has been super helpful and polite.
Santander is a very supportive company, that actually cares about its employees. From a studying perspective, both Santander and BPP make sure that I have got the correct tools to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
I have regular calls with the HR team - monthly I have regular calls with both my manger and my mentor - Weekly

ICA qualification is really useful day to day
