dealing with colleague queries, resolving/preempting complaints, liaising with outdoor resource, updating customers, considering alternative options for customer service, coaching
time management, how to manage workload, coaching/training ability, logistics understanding
the apprenticeship doesn't benefit me in my current role. my role is customer facing, but the majority of what the apprenticeship has taught me doesn't reflect what my job role is or how it works
it is structured well, but delivered ok
i receive support with the apprenticeship (tim off the job) when i ask for it
i am given guidance when it is requested, but sometimes it is of little help

it is shifts, so it can interfere with your weekends/evening. you get days off in the week which is nice.
