My Role is a Quality Assurer, I ensure that all quality requirements are being met. Manage and monitor the quality of the service being delivered and deliver training and support to staff.
Through my new apprenticeship I have learnt many new skills and knowledge, learning how to plan for new projects, plan and develop budgets, how to identify new trends and implement these to support staff and enhance their own learning and development
I am really enjoying my programme as I am learning new knowledge and skills and already starting to implement this in to my current job role which is benefiting my role and company
The programme is well organised we have monthly live sessions which are planned well in advance, I feel there has been a good structure as the course is flowing well and makes sense.
We have regular reviews to catch up on my apprenticeship programme and my employer supports me with any tasks I need to do, I can contact them anytime in-between this as well for support and guidance
Lots of support, my training & development officer is always available by phone or email to help me with any questions I may have, we also have 1-1 sessions in-between our live lessons so this is good to go through anything I didn't understand.
Undertaking this qualification has helped me to build confidence to expand within my role, to understand new areas within my role and how to develop my role further and this is then benefiting the wider team/organisation
Yes we have regular networking and we are encouraged to do this within many different ways. Employees wellbeing is high on my companies agenda so we are encouraged to do lots of different activities throughout the working week to support this
