  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My day to day job is very much the same as anyone in sales. I'm always on the phone talking to clients and discussing deals. I also have to do all of the admin and working with people internally to get things over the line. There's also lots of support when needed!

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • There's a clear structure to the program. We are really encouraged to take all the time we need to do to complete all of our coursework and make sure that we are getting enough time out of the office to work on our qualifications. This helps balance the mixture of office work and qualification.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The training really makes the job a lot easier. All of it is really applicable and helps in the day to day job. Its really good to learn something and then be able to apply that to our work and see the results. I think this job would be much harder without the training!

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There's an awful lot to do outside of work. There's always things to do and everyone is really nice and helps apprentices get involved. It really helps with the work life balance. There's also good professional events that help with networking skills and getting to meet new people.
