I have enhanced my excel skills. I am learning how to use new systems. I have enhanced my critical thinking skills.
I haven't properly started yet. It began last week. I am enjoying it so far and there is lots to be involved in alongside the apprenticeship. I have signed up for various things e.g. apprentice coffee mornings.
So far i've not had any major issues.
I receive support from my line manager and those working with me.
My line manager and those around me are committed to my training and development and are supportive of me working towards my qualifications.
I haven't properly started yet. I feel it will help fill any knowledge gaps of things that I am unsure of. It also has a required course embedded that a lot of my co-workers have been required to take to do their role of the diploma in lending skills. I am excited to see what new things I will learn through the apprenticeship. I have already ordered my textbooks.
Yes, there is lots to get involved in. I have signed up for a few. E.g. Mystery meet-ups and working on the Diversity and Inclusion Team. There are many more.

There is lots to get involved in and they can enjoy it alongside learning and completing the day-to-day job role.
